Principal Accountabilities:
Data entry to our computer systems
Work closely with the production facility, plant personnel and Consultants on Customer concerns, issues, complaints
Process all new hire paperwork for production technicians
Keep accurate payroll
Be fluent on all Cargill HR policies
Reconciliation of process sheets related to inventory management
Support of clerical tasks related to the plant
Understanding on how to invoice and place orders
Quality testing
Understanding and adhering to all safety rules and regulations.
Maintaining a safe and clean work environment
Other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications:
Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
Must be 18 years or older
High school diploma/GED or a minimum of two years equivalent work experience
Ability to stand for long periods of time and do you have the ability to lift up to 25 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation
Ability to work in varied indoor and outdoor conditions which may include heat, cold, dust, loud noise, etc., with the use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
Ability to understand and communicate in English (verbal/written)
Ability to use a computer
Working knowledge of Microsoft office software, with an emphasis on Excel and Word
Ability to work overtime including holidays, nights, weekends, or different shifts with advance notice
Preferred Qualifications:
6 months or more experience in administrative roles, working in a production or warehouse environment
Knowledge of the feed business and its logistical systems
Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS), such as SAP
