Vermeer Southeast Sales & Service, Inc, founded in 1967 is a heavy equipment sales and services dealer with locations in Florida, Georgia, and Alabama. In 2018 VSE became a 100% employee-owned company.

Vermeer Southeast is currently seeking a Business System Trainer to assisti with the training programs for the CDK Intellidealer business system. The trainer will be a seasoned training professional with CDK Intellidealer experience. The Trainer will conduct regular training activities to ensure compliance with company policies with a focus on the development of new employees.

Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Develop programs and curriculum for employees for orientation and in-job training of the CDK Intellidealer application.
• Analyze the effectiveness of CDK training and workshops to the employees and develop appropriate modification if needed.
• Collaborate with the company’s management to identify CDK training needs and schedule appropriate training sessions for employees.
• Develop systems to monitor and ensure employees are performing their responsibilities according to the CDK training.
• Ensure the compliance of the company’s employees to cooperate with standards and procedures through CDK Intellidealer usage.
• Provide CDK support and mentoring for all employees while conducting an evaluation and identifying sections where training improvements are needed.

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Education and Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree (B.A.)
• Two or more years of experience using the CDK Intellidealer business system.
• Strong communication skills
• Writing skills
• Organizational skills
