A Day in the Life:
As a Café Manager, you will be responsible for but not limited to:
- Oversee two cafes on separate campus (our Ashley River Campus & Cooper River Campus)
- Preparing and serving hand-crafted beverages to employees and guests using an espresso machine.
- Making and replenishing drip coffee in the café.
- Stocking and replenishing snacks, drinks, and paper products.
- Assisting with making daily prepared foods and other specialty snacks.
- Managing inventory, placing orders and maintaining a monthly budget.
- Maintaining the cleanliness of the coffee bar and breakroom (wiping counters and tables, sweeping the floor, wiping out microwaves, weekly refrigerator clean out, etc).
- Emptying trash and recycling throughout the day.
- Works closely with Hospitality Manager and Internal Marketing team with the setup of facilities for meetings, trainings, events, etc.
- Occasional after hours event help may be required.
- Write performance reviews and approve time cards.
- Assisting with other duties and tasks as needed.
