We are currently hiring Café Baristas (full-time & part-time) to operate the new B-Side Coffee Bar that is located inside the Wayfinder hotel! If you have a passion for customer service and possess experience in the restaurant or food & beverage industry, we may have the perfect opportunity for you!
Proudly on the flip side of Waikiki, B-Side offers an ever-evolving assortment of treats: coffee, tea, breakfast, sandwiches, cookies, apparel and swag. Whether you're heading out early to catch the waves, packing a beach picnic, or looking for an afternoon snack, we've got you.
The Cafe Barista is responsible for serving all products with friendly, individualized attention towards each customer. The Cafe Barista is also responsible for educating customers about our premium coffees, teas, and alcoholic beverages. The Cafe Barista fulfills any other duties the store manager, assistant manager or shift supervisor assigns and represents the B-Side Coffee Bar in a professional manner.
Qualifications:
- Must possess a High School Diploma or equivalent GED
- Must be minimum age to serve alcohol or possess a Hawaii Liquor Card
- Must be friendly, enthusiastic and highly motivated professionals who are service driven.
- Must be able to lift 30 pounds.
- Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must comply with all company policies and requirements
- Must possess a valid TB Clearance.
- The ability to follow proper alcohol & beverage control regulations, including the identification of minors
