A Baskin Robbins Cake Decorator is generally responsible for fulfilling ice cream novelties and treats for in-store purchase as well as frozen custom ice cream cakes according to Baskin Robbins operational standards, providing guests with great service, assisting Team Members in marketing cakes and novelties, and maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workspace. They are also responsible for monitoring and stocking the cake display freezers to maximize merchandising potential.
Responsibilities Include:

• Follow Brand standards, recipes and systems
• Follow food safety and sanitation standards
• Create and produce cakes daily to fill cases and customer orders
• Receiving and processing online, phone, and in-person cake orders
• Managing frozen cake and icing inventory
• Managing inventory on toppings and décor
• Clean equipment and maintain a clean and organized workstation
• Managing cake decorating station to include preparing icing’s, stocking decopacs and other decorating product

inventory Understand Brands limited time offers and promotions and be able to answer guest and/or staff questions

• Decorating cakes according to Baskin Robbins cake design standards
• Maintain a positive, friendly working relationship with team members and leadership
• Stocking items such as cups, lids, spoons, etc at workstation; notify shift leader or Manager if stock is low
• Stock and maintain product displays according to quality and merchandising standards, keeping up-to-date on

promotions Manage paper supplies, including cake order forms, cake boxes, trays, sample kits, labels and consumabledecorating supplies and communicate what is needed to order and/or order appropriately Work closely with guests on special events or requests Take orders and handle payments (if applicable)

• Follow speed of service standards
• Serve and communicate with guests as appropriate
• Communicate effectively with managers and coworkers; coordinate with other cake decorators as needed
• Organize and maintain stock room and refrigerated or freezer areas

Education/Experience: 1-2 year minimum previous experience preferred, but for the right candidate we will make an exception.
