Here at Clearanswer, we’re recruiting call centre advisors working for a trusted and established brand to start immediately in our award-winning call centre in the heart of Hull. What’s even better is, you don’t need any experience doing this previously as we give you all of the training!
Your day-to-day role will include
Handling inbound calls from existing customers.
Working towards personal and team targets on a daily and weekly basis.
Providing excellent customer service by tailoring your conversation to promote our excellent products.
Being comfortable handling customer queries and focusing on providing the best solution to them
Skills we’re looking for
You may possess transferable skills gained in previous roles such as retail/ hospitality/ care, or this may be your first full time role- all you need is the willingness to succeed. Someone who is eager to learn!
Hardworking and committed to delivering the very best
No previous call centre experience is needed as full training is provided
Phone handling or customer interaction experience is beneficial
