Apply now and you could be working for Britannia Hotels! Due to continued expansion we are looking for Full Time and Part Time Call Centre Advisors to join our team at Britannia Central Reservations in Trafford Park.

As a Call Centre Agent, you will be required to respond to customer’s enquiries giving accurate pricing information to maximize sales within the sales centre. You will need to be flexible in your working hours and maintain the company standards set, you will earn commission based on your sales revenue.

Previous experience in telephone work, sales or customer services preferred. Basic computer skills, a willingness to learn and the ability to work within a team are essential to the role.

Shifts range between 8am to 10pm including weekends.
