ASHE Society is looking for an experienced and ambitious Inventory Lead to join the Orange County Team! The inventory manager will play a key role in managing relationships and internal support groups in the development of inventory strategies to improve efficiencies and reduce variances.

Essential Functions:
- Maintains consistent stock of inventory, requesting new stock up to pre-authorized limit as inventory reduces.
- Oversee all tasks related to receiving, stocking, and reporting cannabis products, both recreational and medical marijuana (when applicable).
- Supports inventory staff and monitors performance.
- Follows standard operating procedures specific to inventory intake, auditing, and inventory control.
- Comply with all documented security procedures to safeguard inventory.
- Communicate with the distribution team regarding discrepancies in orders received.
- Performs regular inventory audits and reconciling inventory information. Lead investigations to determine the root cause and action items associated with variances.
- Provides inventory reports to purchasing and distribution manager.
- Manages and maintains inventory system; facilitates upgrades to related database and/or software under the direction of the distribution manager.

Required Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
A comparable record of sales leadership experience required.
At least two years of inventory experience
