Position Overview:

General Managers oversee, mentor, and develop the the Car Wash team that they supervise to ensure the location maintains or exceeds Dirty Dogs gualitv and standards in all aspects. General Managers lead and train their team to maximize the operational capacity. It is

also their responsibility to strategize and forecast operational direction for their specific areas with the Franchisee Owner.

Enforce Dirty Dogs standards, policies, and procedures

Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures through regular meetings and training of the team

• Oversee the productivity and pertormance at the NL location.
• Communicate regularly with the Franchisee owners to discuss progress and action items related to continued growth
• Lead. develop. and mentor leadership team

Effectively communicate Dirty Dogs Car Wash mission "First in Service, First in Community", vision, and values to the team. Ensure Team receives frequent communication to maintain transparency, focus, and forward progress. Evaluate the performance of each Team Member and provide timely constructive feedback

Ensure all daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly administrative tasks are completed.

• Create. Communicate and oversee store goals
• Set location specific goals with input from Franchisee Owner at the location
• Analyze budgets. profit and loss statements. and sales data to set goals. cut costs. and increase revenue
• Support an environment of excellence

Ensure location is FollowIng all satety procedures including proper chemical handling, personal protective equipment usage, and

Working safely around car wash equipment.

-conduct location audits to ensure operations are meetina the standard for this location.

o Plan and implement procedures to maximize operating efficiency

• Oversee preventative maintenance and equipment upkeep at each location

Analyze chemical cosis and chemical usage data to ensure efficiency. Ensure preventative maintenance is being completed at the location including greasing, maintaining adequate oil levels, filter changes, belt conditioning , equipment cleaning, and replacement of parts

- schedule after business hours maintenance work to ensure location maintains operational readiness

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $70,000.00 per year
