: The following duties are representative of performance expectations. Adheres to the district, state, and national standards and competencies, including the American School Counselor Associations competencies.Provides emergency consultation as needed, especially during a crisis. Facilitates parent, student, and staff involvement in pertinent decision-making activities.Provides case management. Helps parents and students understand intervention goals and how they relate to the educational program.Coordinates the transition process for students entering or leaving the school program.Advocates for children.Helps ensure that policies and procedures support non-biased assessment and program planning activities in line with Catholic doctrine. Upholds ADW policies and follows administrative guidelines and procedures.Encourages community/school partnerships that enhance the ADW Catholic Schools' operational effectiveness.
