We aren’t like traditional home care agencies that serve more as matchmakers between clients and caregivers. At Tandem, caregivers work in small teams to provide task-oriented support to clusters of seniors in the different communities and neighborhoods we serve. Here’s what you’ll do:*
Personal Care (bathing, grooming, toileting)
Household Support (light housekeeping, laundry)
Lifestyle Support (exercise and activity assistance, medication reminders, pet care)
Transportation & Errand Assistance

Role Requirements:*
Active Home Care Aid is registered in California
Fully vaccinated (primary series plus one booster)
Minimum of 2 years of professional caregiving experience with a licensed agency, experience working in a care facility preferred
Valid driver’s license, a reliable vehicle to use on a daily basis, and auto insurance
Comfortable working with pets, all client types, and lifting up to 50 pounds
