Position summary:

Specific Duties:

Assistance with Activities of Daily Living (Bathing, Grooming, Dressing and Toileting)

Mobility Assistance (Transferring from bed, commode)

Medication Reminders

Meal Preparation

Light Housekeeping

QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS & ABILITIES

Have a desire to help older adults remain active and engaged in their homes and community

· Be self–directed with the ability to work with little direct supervision.

· Have empathy for the needs of older adults

· Demonstrates tact, patience and good personal hygiene.

· Understands confidentiality procedures regarding the client

· Have good communication and customer service skills.

We are looking for days, evenings & overnights. We service Chester, Delaware & Montgomery Counties.

Position requirements:

• Must have at least one (1) year of experience verifiable work experience.
• reliable and on time
• Must have access to reliable transportation
• CNA a plus, but not required
