When it comes to food and business, we do it best. As the Caribbean Commercial Team Leader, you will drive the commercial unit growing optimizing their assets and striving for a profitable business model, within a Distribution Commercial Model.
Also, you will be responsible of setting the direction for the execution of commercial plans with particular focus on equity development, master-plan activities, innovation, brand support and Customer Service & Logistics activities.
HERE’S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
- Customer Development Leadership: Direct, develop, organize, and control sale strategies and trade marketing, for Caribe. Responsible for sales activities of the company, establishing plans, objectives, and deployment. Analyzes product competitiveness and sales techniques. Set budgets and goals. Develops and review sale plan.
Participates in negotiations of major contracts: Maintains contacts with major customers. Assure maximum efficiency in customer service. Coordinates and manages the sales team.
- Category Leadership: Supervise marketing model for the brands including objectives towards the key elements of the business.
People Management: Enhances a multi-cultural, diverse and experienced team and contributes to create the bench of succession for the talent across the country. Also, develops strategic clients per country, coordinating local commercial teams in order to achieve the goals.
YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS
University degree; MBA or equivalent preferred- 10-15 years of business experience
- Strong marketing experience on innovation, brand building, and multi-agency relationship management including media
- Strong and proven experience in sales
- English and Spanish Proficient
