Our company is seeking a skilled Carpenter/Woodworker to join our team. This individual will be responsible for working with management to design custom furniture for our clients, and will have the opportunity to work independently and enjoy professional mentoring from experienced craftsmen. A successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and a solid understanding of woodworking principles.

Responsibilities:

• Cut wood into pieces of a specified size.
• Measure the length, width, and depth of a piece of wood.
• Move lumber, planks and other materials around to reach the tools they need.
• Use hand tools including saws and chisels.
• Measure the length, width and depth of a piece of wood to ensure it is cut correctly.
• Help install bed and units into homes.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Bolivia, NC 28422: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Preferred)
