Do you thrive supporting financial advisors in preparing the best possible solutions for families and businesses? The Living Balance Sheet® (LBS) team is seeking a Case Consultant to support our financial professionals in using our proprietary planning platform to serve clients!
You Are

A strong communicator who enjoys collaborating with financial professionals on the design and presentation of financial planning recommendations for their clients. An educator at heart who is passionate about the value of wholistic financial plans that incorporate insurance and wealth management solutions. Proactive in nature, reaching out to identify ways and opportunities you can help others. Comfortable collaborating virtually.
You Will
-
Provide outstanding case consultations and planning support to subscribers of our financial planning software, LBS, helping them effectively using planning tools and narratives that will move clients to action

Play a substantial role in driving adoption of critical LBS enhancements as they are introduced to the field (i.e., Cash Flow planning tools, Client App)

Host individual and small group trainings on how to most effectively use LBS with clients – both individuals and business owners

Find opportunities to proactively engage segments of LBS subscribers, contributing to their practices and driving business results

Work with subject matter experts to analyze, understand and explore how our tools and trainings may evolve

Be a collaborative team member
You Have
-
7+ years in financial services, including experience in sales or sales support functions
-
A solid understanding of and experience working on diverse types of cases, including business and estate planning
-
Experience integrating insurance and wealth management solutions into a comprehensive client recommendation

The ability to educate and coach financial professionals so they can effectively communicate planning recommendations to clients and prospects
-
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
-
Solid analytical skills

Enthusiasm for the work you do

Proficient in Microsoft office suite

Time management skills to increase your impact and reach

College degree

Salary Range
$81,040.00 - $180,600.00
The salary range reflected above is a good faith estimate of base pay for the primary location of the position. The salary for this position ultimately will be determined based on the education, experience, knowledge, and abilities of the successful candidate. In addition to salary, this role may also be eligible for annual, sales, or other incentive compensation.
