Your role at Clorox:
Deliver competitive advantage by translating objective category insights into retail-facing opportunities and shopper-based category growth strategies, ultimately setting up Clorox brands to disproportionately win
In this role, you will:
- Partner with Category Insights to develop innovative category growth strategies and solutions that can be flexibly applied across customers to drive scale and simplify work processes
- Translate category vision and strategies into shopper-based AAA guidance that will ultimately influence the assortment, shelf and merchandising strategy and plans with key retail partners
- Partner with customer teams on the development of category growth strategy and joint business plans with retailers
- Champion category growth by helping influence retailer strategy and choices as an outcome of trusted objectivity
What we look for:
- 5+ years category management experience
- A proven record of delivering outstanding business results and exceeding targets.
- Understanding of how to execute winning plans with key retailers while conveying category objectivity
- Commitment to maintain deep knowledge of key business strategies within Clorox BUs and across leading retailers and channels
- Experience developing and conveying credibility with internal partners and buyers at leading retailers
- Ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams

We are committed to fair and equitable pay and are transparent with current and future teammates about our full salary ranges. We use broad salary ranges that reflect the competitive market for similar jobs, provide sufficient opportunity for growth as you gain experience and expand responsibilities, while also allowing for differentiation based on performance. Based on the breadth of our ranges, most new hires will start at Clorox in the first half of the applicable range. Your starting pay will depend on job-related factors, including relevant skills, knowledge, experience and location. The applicable salary range for every role in the U.S. is based on your work location and is aligned to one of three zones according to the cost of labor in your area.
–Zone A: $138,100 - $277,400
–Zone B: $126,600 - $254,300
–Zone C: $115,100 - $231,200

This job is also eligible for participation in Clorox’s incentive plans, subject to the terms of the applicable plan documents and policies.
