Great 2nd job for experienced high end servers & bartenders, who want to do something a little different!

The ideal candidate will have experience with elevated full service, and be a team player who enjoys variety, and new experiences. This position is part time/as needed.

At Cielo Catering, our curated experiences are designed around Live-Fire cooking from Argentinian Asados and Spanish Paella gatherings, to curated plated or family style menus. Whether clients are looking for a rustic gathering or a more traditional event with elevated food and service, we tailor a unique, unforgettable experience. No two events are the same and every menu is customized. We never use chafers.

Event days can entail long hours with a considerable amount of heavy lifting during load-in and load-out. The majority of our work is done outside.

Compensation:

• $26/hour

There is excellent opportunity for growth and long-term, full-time employment within our family of hospitality businesses. This includes Jettie Rae’s Oyster House and Vinnie’s Neighborhood Italian in North and South Asheville.
