Our company is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) who is familiar with the fundamentals of primary and pediatric care. FNP's will be responsible for managing patients and their families, diagnosing health problems and treating illness, as well as maintaining knowledge of the latest medical advances. The right individual will provide physical examinations, administer vaccinations, provide health education and promote healthy lifestyles.

Responsibilities:

• Be familiar with and follow current guidelines for the care of individuals of all ages.
• Write clear and concise documentation for each patient., Be able to assess, diagnose, and treat common illnesses, infections, injuries., and diseases.
• Work with patients to develop plans for healthy living and coping strategies for chronic illnesses.
• Be a role model for family health care.
• Prioritize patients in an efficient manner while maintaining quality of care.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $72.00 - $77.00 per hour
