Chef De Cuisine

Andover Country Club is seeking a chef de cuisine for our restaurants. Our next Chef de cuisine will be an experienced and talented culinary professional who works well with our restaurant culinary and service team. He/she will uphold the Club’s high culinary standards and programs and together, with his/her team, will constantly strive to increase member and guest satisfaction. He/she will have a strong skill set that includes recipe building, hands-on training, team building, menu engineering, fine dining, casual dining, scratch cooking, and will take great pride in the products leaving the kitchen

The successful candidate will have a minimum of three years of experience in a full service, upscale casual restaurant; have a visible passion for hospitality, cleanliness, and be a hands-on manager/leader who cultivates daily excellence and builds team morale among our front/back of house teams.

It is important to understand that there are flows of business and if we are in a slow period, it is important to stay busy, find tasks for cooks to stay busy with.
