Salt Lake's premier child care center, SMALL WORLD CHILD CARE, has been providing quality childcare for our community for 44 years! We are currently looking to add an experienced, energetic & customer service oriented Center Director to our team at our West Jordan location.
Responsibilities
We are looking for someone with the following attributes and skills:

- Able to multi-task and prioritize tasks
- Well spoken and written
- Comfortable in a leadership role
- Must possess a happy, positive personality and love to be around children.
Will be responsible for overseeing the entire center, including, but not limited to, hiring, training, and maintaining staff, enrolling children, balancing and maintaining budgets, planning and conducting monthly staff trainings, ensuring compliance with all state licensing regulations, and monthly reports.
Working with children is so much fun! Each day brings new adventures, stories, and memories to be made!
Qualifications
Must have at least 2 years of child care management experience and hold qualifying credentials (CDA, NAC, or equivalent). Must have a valid Driver’s License and clean driving record. Must be at least 25 years old for auto insurance purposes. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office programs and online / cloud based software. Must be able to pass a federal background check and fingerprinting.

Pay: $2,400.00 - $4,800.00 per month
