The City Treasurer/Bookkeeper includes a variety of professional, administrative, and technical accounting and finance functions including maintaining the fiscal records of the City, preparation of the annual budget, along with managing the utility billing system and payroll. Experience with QuickBooks, Excel and Word is preferred and the ability to learn new programs is required. Salary scale is $24-$66K and is negotiable depending on qualifications. The City provides an excellent benefit package including medical, dental, vision, vacation and sick leave. Employees may participate in a matching five percent retirement plan.
