POSITION TITLE: Classroom Development Director-In-Training

LOCATION: South Metro

TYPE: Full Time + Benefits

COMPENSATION: Negotiable, Depending on Experience

SUMMARY

Are you passionate about curriculum in an Early Childhood setting? Do you have an eye for improving classroom environments and enjoy coaching and mentoring new teachers? This position builds and maintains quality education in our programs by focusing on curriculum implementation, classroom growth and assisting the Site Director in the daily operations within the classrooms.

DESIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

* Degree in Early Childhood Education, Primary Education, or in a related field.

* Possess deep love for children and a strong commitment to building positive relationships with our families and the community.

* Reliable, strong character, and values. Will serve as a role model for others in the center and embody the servant leadership philosophy.

*Experience with a variety of classrooms or age groups
