Clerical/Part time or Full time/Negotiable
Established family business in Laguna Beach is looking for a mature, detail-oriented, organized individual. This position will assist with filing, reviewing vendor invoices, coding and assembling expense reports, and other miscellaneous paperwork. Basic knowledge of QuickBooks is a plus. Must be able to pass a background check.
- Strong organizational skills and a high attention to detail.
- At least 5 years of previous clerical experience.
- Familiarity with office equipment, including copiers, scanners, and computers.
- Engage in general office work, including faxing, filing, copying, and scanning.
- Maintain the organization of both electronic and physical filing systems within the office, and retrieve files as needed.
