Cheeri is seeking a full time, extremely well-written, document-til-the-cows-come-home, take-the-bull-by-the-horns, grab-the-reins Client Intake RN! In addition to accepting new referrals, welcoming clients, and conducting intakes, you’ll be visiting existing clients and making sure everything is going super sssmmmmooooooottttthhly with their care, taking part in a big ol’ Medicaid compliance program, helping with caregiver training, and documenting all the fun!

What you'll do:

• Opening new client cases when Cheeri receives referrals (Medicaid, private, insurance, VA)
• Conducting (nonmedical) in-person nursing visits with existing clients per Medicaid requirements
• Developing and building strong relationships with clients and Medicaid case managers
• Maintaining and contributing to a full Medicaid compliance program
• Developing and facilitating specific training plans for clients

What you'll need:

• Understand and identify with our five Core Values (this is first on the list for a reason)
• Licensed in SC as a RN
• Experience in long term care, skilled nursing, home care, or equivalent (preferred)
• Reliable transportation, current drivers license, ability to travel to clients' homes on a regular basis (don't worry, we have a fantastic mileage reimbursement program)
• World-class written and verbal communication skills (you can’t over-communicate!)
• Ability to learn technology programs which power the business
