McBean Law, PLLC is a New York immigration law firm that represents clients in the United States and across the globe. We are seeking an Intake Specialist to work in our White Plains, NY office.
The Intake Specialist is primarily responsible for helping new clients navigate the firm's onboarding activities. Intake Specialists are friendly, professional and provide excellent customer service to new clients.
Job Responsibilities:
- Speak with potential clients about how to get started with our firm
- Collect information from new clients
- Review client intake forms
- Prepare and send new clients a fee agreement
- Prepare new client invoices and set up payment schedules
- Connect new clients to their Legal Team
- Coordinate with the New Business Team to ensure a high level of client satisfaction during the onboarding process
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (in any subject)
- At least 1-2 years experience in administrative/clerical work
- High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office or G Suite
- Friendly and professional
- Excellent phone etiquette
- Strong communications skills, both written and verbal
