Job Summary:
Responsible for clinic management support by planning and coordinating the day-to-day operations of clinical services as it relates to patient and staff members within a clinic setting.
Job Duties:

• Manages, plans, and coordinates the day-to-day operations of clinical services.
• Supervises staff and clinic schedule/workflow and implements/monitors approved policies and procedures.
• Provides clinical oversight and support for the delivery of patient services; acting as liaison with patients, businesses, and physicians to include planning for space allocation and prudent resources within the Be Well Clinic location.
• Interviews, selects, trains, develops, and evaluates employee performance.
• Manages activity in meeting patient and revenue targets in line with budgets and gathers/analyzes relevant activity data.
• Manages relationships & requirements at local level.
• Performs all other duties as assigned.

Education: Bachelor's degree or Registered Nurse License is required. Master’s degree in Social Work and active counseling license is highly preferred.**

Experience: Seven (7) years of clinical experience relevant to assigned clinic practice to include five (5) years managerial experience is required. Experience working in a clinical counseling setting is highly preferred.
Licenses: The department would prefer for the candidate to possess one of the following licenses: LCSW, LPC or LMFT
Supervisory Requirements: Has the authority to direct the work of others, hire or fire employees, or provide recommendations as to the hiring, firing, advancement, promotion, or any other change of status of other employee.
