Job description
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30am-4pm, plus limited on-call rotation
Location: Wilkinsburg, PA
Summary: Under the supervision of the Nurse Manager and working closely with the Interdisciplinary Team (IDT), the Clinic Registered Nurse provides the technical, organizational and communication skills necessary to efficiently assess the need for, and coordinate the delivery of clinic services to a frail, elderly population. The Clinic RN may also be required to do home visits.
Required Education: Must be a graduate of an accredited nursing school.
Required Experience: At least one year of experience working with a frail or elderly population, preferably in long term care, home health care or community health. Experience teaching patients and other health care workers preferred.
Required Certifications/Licensure: Licensed RN in PA. Valid PA Driver's license.
