Clinical Dietitian - Per Diem
- (3238551)MAIN FUNCTION:
The Clinical Dietitian delivers Medical Nutrition Therapy in the in-patient and out-patient settings.
This position reports to the Lead Clinical Dietitian and operates within established organizational and departmental policies and procedures.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in clinical nutrition, food and nutrition or related area required
- Completion of a didactic program in dietetics and a supervised practice program approved by the Commission on Accreditation for Dietetics Education (CADE) of the American Dietetic Association required
- Credentialing by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) required within 6 months of hire
- Licensure in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts within 6 months of hire required
- One (1) to three (3) years experience as a clinical dietitian in an acute care hospital preferred.
