In This Role You Will: Clinical support staff are responsible for working with the child and family in support of identified treatment goals through discrete and targeted service interventions, such as skill development or training and education.

The clinical staff support the child and family in acquiring the necessary skills and abilities to manage their health, improve family relationships, and develop opportunities for prosocial activities and interactions. The clinical staff who, in addition to performing routine clinical support team duties, also has lead responsibility for integrating educational and/or vocational goals and services with the tasks of all team members. This staff member provides needed assistance through all phases of the vocational service. Essential Functions: Performs case management, including bringing together administrative, clinical and evaluative activities, treatment services, community agencies and other resources needed to assist clients to meet the goals of their treatment plan.

Supports and advocates for clients in multi-disciplinary meetings, and periodically reassess and evaluates what has been accomplished. Maintains appropriate professional client care documentation including case management and individual notes in compliance with all city, state and federal standards of practice. Provides educational counseling and advocacy. Assist youth and family by working with them in making informed decisions about treatment and interventions goals such as skill development and emotional regulation Provide support with the youth and family in acquiring necessary skills and ability to manage their health and improve family relationships Help youth and families by promoting Family-Driven sustainable change by fostering family resiliency.

Conducts home, school and other visits as needed. Meet performance expectations/metrics, as defined for the position within the assigned program. Performs other related duties as assigned. Supervisory Responsibilities: None Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology or Counseling.

2 years’ experience in related field. Experience working with children with behavioral health issues. Bilingual in one or more of the following: Spanish, Mandarin, Cantonese, Bengali and others, may be required depending on client needs. Good interpersonal skills, ability to work with diverse social, economic, and cultural groups.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Ability to plan and carry out assignments independently. Ability to prioritize, adhere to timelines and multi-task. Qualifications Preferred: Proficiency in electronic health record What we can do for you: • Professional development & career growth.
