Effingham Prompt Care is a well established primary and urgent care clinic that has been in business for over 40 years! We are looking for an outgoing and motivated CNA/CMA/LPN/RN to join our nursing staff. The position is 36-40 hours a week. Although medical office and EHR experience is preferred, we are happy to train all new team members on what it takes to continue our mission of providing high-quality primary and urgent care. Other services you will assist with include weight management, hormone restoration, and aesthetic enhancement.

Job duties include, but are not limited to, the following:

· Rooming patients, measuring their vital signs, and documenting the reason for the
visit.

· Reviewing their PMH/PSH/FH/SH.

· Reviewing their medications and recording any changes since the previous visit.

· Ensuring that any recent lab, imaging, and consultation notes are in the chart before
the provider enters the exam room.

· Drawing labs and injecting medications (CMA/LPN/RN)

· Triaging patient phone calls and discussing medication refills with the appropriate
provider.

· Scheduling referrals, tests and imaging studies.

This position requires working as a team member and treating patients/team members and the public with courtesy and respect as well as presenting a positive public image.
