CNA - PACE Program - Collier County - (Naples Office)
Primary home health position - provide care in patient’s homes and some assisting in the PACE Center. One year elder care work experience preferred. Must have current Florida CNA license and be willing to travel daily in the county listed. Monday thru Friday – Days. Must be able to have flexibility in scheduling and be willing to travel to other counties if needed. Bi-Lingual English & Spanish preferred.
