Job description
To ensure that our customers have the best possible experience when dining in one of our restaurants, we are seeking reliable and efficient Restaurant Servers. The right candidate will be able to interact with customers in an upbeat, friendly manner and remain calm and composed in stressful situations. Our Restaurant Servers will also be responsible for preparing tables by setting and clearing dinnerware and silverware, as well as refilling and rotating menus.
Responsibilities:
- Bring food and beverages to customers at appropriate times.
- Prepare beverages or food items at request of guests.
- Maintain cleanliness of serving areas and tables.
- Ensure that the amount of tip is appropriate.
- Investigate problems that patrons have with food or service.
