Our Field Managers are responsible for overseeing construction projects and ensuring that the work is done to a high standard. The successful candidate will work directly with clients to ensure deliverables fall within the applicable scope and budget. He or she will coordinate with sub-contractors, and vendors. Communication is key!

Vanir Installed Sales is a construction management company which specializes in the installation of exterior siding for new construction. With eight branches in Raleigh, Charlotte, Wilmington, Greensboro, Charleston, Columbia, Greenville, and Myrtle Beach, our clients include local, regional and national homebuilders.

As the on-site Field Manager, the successful candidate would be the representative of our brand. They need to be approachable and have a friendly demeanor.

They would have problem solving skills, Initiative and the ability to multi task quickly and efficiently.

Daily duties would include but not be limited to:

-Scheduling the subcontractor teams to perform the installations

-Travelling between numerous job sites daily. A company vehicle will be provided.

-Scheduling deliveries and coordinating with Vendors and Crew

-Must possess good communication skills in person and via technology

-Ensuring the speed, quality and safety of Installation projects and enforcing all safety standards on the jobsites

A background in commercial construction is preferred but not essential as training will be given.

Bilingual Preferred.
