We Require
  • Bachelor’s in planning, social services, public administration, business administration, or a closely related field
  • Three years of experience in the technical area of assignment in program implementation and administration
  • A combination of post-secondary education and/or job-related experience may substitute for the minimum qualifications on a year-for-year basis
  • Must possess or be able to obtain a valid Arizona driver’s license, class D
  • Must complete a background check and fingerprint identification upon hire to secure and maintain an Arizona Department of Public Safety Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card
Job Contributions
  • Supervises, trains, and leads a support team that provides services to Maricopa County residents
  • Supervises call center team which problem-solves payment issues with landlords, clients, vendors, and internal partners
  • Tracks and coordinates access to the case management system and utility portals
  • Collaborates with department Finance staff regarding rent and utility payments made to or on the behalf of clients
  • Determination of voucher fund expenditure tracking in the case management system
  • Coordinates and implements program policy and procedural guidelines to ensure funding compliance
  • Conducts on-site programmatic monitoring of agency subcontractors for compliance with individual program regulations and contracted service methodologies
  • Reviews client services support team’s metric
  • Creates and distributes program outreach materials
  • Manages various deadlines to ensure 100% depletion of all funding
  • Develops program performance metrics and implements process improvement strategies to improve program outcomes and results
Working Conditions
  • Work is primarily performed in a typical office setting with a telework option.
  • May be subject to working non-standard hours or days
  • May require travel to and from job-related locations during a scheduled workday, subject to County policies regarding the use of County vehicles or private vehicles used on County business
