What you will be doing
The Compliance Advisor assists the Compliance & Data Protection Manager in the delivery of a pro-active compliance agenda against a backdrop of ever-changing legislation and regulatory requirements. In doing so, the Compliance Advisor will ensure key stakeholders are kept informed of relevant information to their functions and business areas.
Moreover, the Compliance Advisor will conduct a variety of internal audits. They will also support the maintenance of our regulatory procedures, processes and associated documentation to ensure that it is both up-to-date and appropriate.
On a day to day basis you will be involved in monitoring compliance with financial services regulations and data protection requirements.
Who we're looking for
An individual experienced in working independently and organising their own workload. Previous experience in a relevant industry i.e Financial services is essential, within Compliance is desirable. The technical nature of the work requires the candidate to have completed a degree and a relevant subject e.g Law or Business would be advantageous.
