CableCom is seeking a Compliance Specialist. The Compliance Specialist – Mapping level 1, a key position in the Revenue Cycle, manages the maps and data from the field and translates it to a single product used to identify work done in the field for future designs and outline work completed in relation to an individual invoice submitted by our company to our client. Individual will be responsible for reviewing production from the field’s backup documentation and transferring it to a clean map to be used for job closure and invoicing. Pay range: $22 - $25 per hour.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage all specified tasks as assigned in the client portal.
- Communicate to both internal and external teams if established dates or customer expectation is at risk.
- Transfer all Construction work completed from field maps to an all-inclusive redline map daily.
- Provide Client specified details on completed maps to align with progressive and final invoicing to show all work completed on a proper design map.
- Verify footage and item discrepancies with field contacts to ensure proper mapping.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Works well in environment with firm deadlines; results oriented.
- Perform multiple tasks effectively.
- Able to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical skills required.
- Capable of making timely, independent decisions.
- Strong Interpersonal skills.
- Strong Computer skills.
- Team Oriented.
- Map Reading skills preferred.
- Bluebeam experience preferred.
- Experience drafting redlines and asbilling.
