• Concierge = Part-time

Santa Marta is the premier senior living community in Olathe, KS. We have highly engaged associates working with very satisfied residents. You will make a difference when you join the Santa Marta team.

• RESPONSIBILITIES:
• *Act as the receptionist for residents, visitors and incoming calls.
• *Engage with residents, guests and staff in a courteous and friendly manner.
• *Monitor the lifeline emergency response system and fire alarm panel. Respond as required.
• *Perform clerical duties: input work orders, guest suite reservations, schedule resident outings and transportation requests.
• *Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel preferred.
• *Must be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and with little direction after training.
• Must have a valid driver's license and vehicle to respond to a villa resident situation.
• Must be able to respond to an independent living resident emergency in a timely manner within a large complex and surrounding villas.

+++Part-time concierge will be scheduled to work approximately 20 hours per week. (Monday - Friday shifts 8:00 am - 4:00 pm or 4:00 pm - 8:00 pm) (Saturday/Sunday shifts 8:00 am - 2:00 pm or 2:00 pm - 8:00 pm) Must be able to work weekend and holiday shifts.

• ***$15.00 minimum hourly based upon relevant experience and schedule flexibility.
• **Earn Paid Time Off (PTO) based upon hours worked.
• Pre-employment background checks and drug test required upon job offer.
• COVID-19 testing ongoing as per local, state and federal guidelines. CMS has adopted a policy requiring all associates be fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
