Job description
We are looking for an experienced Superintendent to oversee all aspects of construction. The successful candidate will be responsible for the completion of all projects within budget and on time, as well as ensuring that all employees are working effectively and efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Review site blueprints and engineer's plans with engineers to ensure accuracy.
- Be familiar with safety policies and procedures.
- Knowledge of construction materials and methods of installation, as well as blueprints, as-built drawings and specifications.
- Supervise contractors and other workers on site.
- Oversee the work of an entire construction project from beginning to end, ensuring all materials are on-site and in the proper conditions for use (on time, in the right quantity, in good condition) and are properly installed according to plans.,To ensure that the project is constructed according to plan, schedule, and budget.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $85,417.00 - $92,875.00 per year
