Roofers Local 119 invites hard-working and reliable individuals to join our team for a rewarding career in construction. We are currently seeking employees for roofing projects in Kokomo, Muncie, Marion, and surrounding cities. With starting pay ranging from $18 to $20 per hour, unless they have prior experience this is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who value a willingness to learn, punctuality, and team collaboration. No experience is necessary for this position, and we offer 100% free benefits to our employees. We also provide family health insurance, retirement benefits, and collective bargaining to our members.

At Roofers Local 119, we prioritize a safe work environment and offer opportunities for advancement. Foremen are paid an additional $1.50 per hour, and we provide travel pay of 31 cents per mile. Additionally, there are specialty pays of $1 more per hour for steep/pitch work.

We require reliable transportation and a drug test for this position, and prior roofing experience is evaluated upon application. However, no experience is necessary to join our team, and we value those with energy, a desire to learn, and a strong work ethic.
