Job description
Join our team as a remote contracted driver recruiter. In this role you would source and recruit commerical drivers for our 50+ trucking companies. This role is a perfect opportunity for previous in house driver recruiters or someone with like experience. As a contracted driver recruiter you have the ability to set your own schedule, choose which clients you want to work with and decide what marketing tactics to use.
Responsibilities include:
- Using your own marketing techniques to source your own candidates
- Vet drivers over the phone and present driving opportunities
- Stay in contact with driver through the hiring process
What we offer to you:
- We pay 80% of the commission to the recruiter
- Weekly pay for drivers hired and dispatched for the previous week
- 50+ clients
- Streamlined support system with options to attend daily training calls
- Initial online training
