Manage the financial budgeting, forecasting, reporting and analysis processes for KPF organization for the enterprise. Be the primary Finance point of contact to the enterprise and leadership within KPF. Ensure financial alignment exists between the lines of business, supermarket divisions, Kroger Enterprise & Alt Profit pillar. Essential Job Functions

• Serve as the primary point of contact for financial leadership within KPF and Accounting/Finance
• Participate as an active member of the KPF leadership team in strategy development, operations management, and ownership of results
• Prepare the financial information which will be presented by department leadership in KPF to various audiences
• Design financial best practices that can be leveraged across KPF and the enterprise
• Partnering with Alt Profit pillar finance team at 84.51 on projection process
• Oversee and manage the elements of the Progress Report Process within Essbase to ensure proper execution, reporting accuracy and business alignment
• Prepare department budgets accurately, ensure timely information is available to respective business functions
• Guide and instruct KPF departments as well as 84.51 Innovation teams on proper handling of financial transactions and ensure accounting policies/procedures are being followed
• Identify opportunities and drive continuous improvements within financial reporting and analysis
• Present financial models and analytics to Capital Committee on investment opportunities when required
• Serve as a resource for all KPF commercial business lines on financial implications of strategic proposals by assisting with financial modeling and analytics
• Develop new financial processes aligned to strategic initiatives to drive success
• Supervise and coach direct reports in the performance of their duties, complete performance reviews and provide feedback to direct reports
• Travel to meet with executive leaders, internal/external partners, and other stakeholders

Minimum Position Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• 5+ years of Accounting/Finance management experience including reporting, budgeting or forecasting
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Demonstrated ability to coach and train
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong time management skills
• Excellent administrative, communication, and organizational skill with high attention to detail
• Ability to effectively craft and deliver messages to senior-level executives

Desired Previous Experience/Education

• Other: Bachelor's degree in Accounting & Finance
• CPA certification and/or MBA
• Any previous Accounting/Finance related positions (i.e., assistant controller or controller)
• Any prior Kroger division experience
