OVERVIEW:

The Controls Technician assists in the installation of building automation controls on various commercial job sites. This position is also responsible for complying with Encore standards for Safety, and Customer Service.

Compensation Range for this Role: $19.00 - $29.00 per hour

Responsibilities:

• Assists in the installation of building automation systems
• Pulling wire, working with PLC's, panel enclosures, raceways and more relevant tasks
• Works with a commitment to safety

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

A functional physical is required to be completed and passed before work can be performed in all field positions. The physical requirements can often be completed repetitively and for extended periods of time. These requirements include:

REQUIREMENTS:

This position requires a minimum of high school diploma or equivalent and at least 1 year of experience in construction, specifically in Electrical/Building Automation. Formal education in Electrical is also preferred.
