• Have in-depth knowledge of Italian cookery
• Start of the day - Do the preparation work like preparing and cooking starters or appetizers like varieties of Pasta, Italian salads, Italian style subs, Lazania
• End of the day – prepare sauces and other ingredients, chop vegetables, Monitor food stock, maintain supplies, place orders, etc. for the next day.
• Energetic, Multitasker, and have a good team spirit to work in a Fast-paced place with the customer- a focused attitude.
• Handling multiple food orders at one time as well as monitoring multiple food orders, with all professional kitchen equipment (e.g. brick or stone oven, pasta roller, sauté pan, etc.).
• Flexible to work in shifts including weekends and late evenings.
• Prefer the safe serve certification
• Will need references.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of work experience as a Line cook
• Proficient with preparing, plating, and or bagging food orders.
• Familiar with all professional kitchen equipment
• Outstanding understanding of food safety practices and hygiene.
• Working experience in preparing ingredients for fast food quickly.
• Excellent team spirit with a customer-focused attitude.
• Flexible to work in shifts including weekends and late evenings, holidays.
• Ability to remain calm and focused in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent listening skills, and interpersonal and communication skills.
• Quick decision-making skills, good time management skills
• A keen eye for details.
