Cook/Prep person who is creative, ambitious and a visionary. Come join our award winning team and learn from some of the industries most talented people. All of our dishes are made from scratch and to order, we offer tapas plates, charcuterie boards and salads. The presentation is critical, but can be so much fun when you get to be part of the design team. There are opportunities to participate with your own recipes as we have weekly specials that change each week and we welcome input from the team. This position is perfect for a candidate who has prior experience in a kitchen and enjoys being part of a group that comes together to prepare delicious food every day.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare food according to recipes and plate as required
• Maintain a clean kitchen and surrounding areas.
• Maintain tools and equipment.
• Assist any BOH position necessary
• Perform activities that maintain the safety of the kitchen, staff, and customers.
