My printing and copy center has been in business since 1976. We have stayed in business all these years because we are happy to serve the community with our smiling and happy customer service skills. Along with being a nice business to visit, we are reliable, fast, smart and helpful to our customers. The interesting thing about this job is that you will be doing many different types of work each day which helps keep a person mentally alert and then day just flies by.
• The following details are required, they are not suggestions, they are requirements that must be met. You have to spell and write correctly along with the ability to do math and measurements extremely well. You must remain alert all day, not just in the mornings. I require someone who can lift, who is not afraid of the computer and that is helpful and nice to the staff and our customers and who is willing to learn our way of doing the job. We are looking to hire a bright, extremely reliable person to fill our Customer Service/Copying Specialist position. You will be required to lift up to 40 lbs. and you will be required to stack paper case boxes up to 3-4 feet high. You would be helping clients by opening their files and printing a few copies to someone who will need you to assist them to order a complicated brochure / business form / poster/flyers / postcard etc. You will be in charge of printing over sized copies such as blueprints. You will also be making customized items like coffee cups, t-shirts calendars etc. Each customer is a different adventure, you never know what type of project you will be doing next.
• This is an important job, so I cannot hire anybody who isn't interested in working or learning. There are several very simple requirements for this job . We only want a fantastic smart long term, permanent, full time employee. A strong work ethic is required. We also require a responsible person who can be at work everyday, on time and doesn't need to take time off when you are scheduled to work. Monday – Friday 9:45 a.m. to 5:45 p.m. We require a mentally strong, focused quick learner who already has a sharp memory and can easily concentrate on their duties, and not tend to crack under pressure. We have a pleasant work environment and I am very interested in keeping it that way, a person who is cranky won't like it here. You would also want to have a good appearance, pleasant personality and nice smile and phone voice. MUST spell and write correctly with an ability to do math and measurements. Someone who also has great penmanship. And be able to become a Notary Public (felons will not pass the DOJ review.) YOU will want to HAVE MOST OF THE FOLLOWING EXPERIENCE . Working knowledge of (In-Design, Photo Shop, Illustrator, Acrobat, Word, Excel, Publisher, Power Point and the Apple program named Pages.) Spanish speaking is a plus.
