Summary

The Corporate Performance Management Application Analyst provides global support to end-users of our financial reporting, consolidation, and planning platform to ensure data collected drives timely and accurate reporting for our internal and external requirements as well as to meet US GAAP and SOX standards. This position will participate in designing, training, and rolling out ongoing improvements and enhancements to our application to simplify and streamline financial reporting, planning and forecasting.

Duties And Responsibilities

To perform this job successfully an individual must be able to perform the following essential duties satisfactorily. Other duties may be assigned to address business needs and changing business practices.

  • Becomes the OneStream subject matter expert via training and self-learning
  • Develops in-depth understanding of Company’s consolidations and eliminations
  • Acts as back-up resource to the CPM Application Manager when manager is unavailable
  • Supports OneStream end users, including the completion of the monthly consolidation and reporting cycles and the annual budget
  • Assists with the administration and maintenance of the integrity of the OneStream application, including metadata hierarchies, workflows, transformation rules, calculations, and other end-user resources
  • Troubleshoots data related issues within the OneStream application
  • Trains users of varying technical skills to utilize the system
  • Maintains an/ updates financial reports to ensure completeness and accuracy of data presented
  • Identifies and drives financial reporting process improvements by working with Corporate Accounting/Finance as well as Business Unit personnel
  • Serves as one of the Company's liaisons with OneStream for support requests, escalating issues, and product enhancement requests
  • Works with implementation partner to develop, test and apply OneStream enhancements and/or MarketPlace solutions

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
  • 5+ years of accounting and finance experience
  • Proficient with multidivisional financial consolidations, eliminations and reporting
  • 2+ years of experience with financial reporting/consolidation software such as OneStream, Hyperion Financial Management (HFM), or other CPM solutions
  • Ability to communicate and collaborate at all levels of the organization
  • Ability to identify, plan, start and complete projects or other work that needs to be accomplished individually and as a member of a team
  • Ability to organize and prioritize multiple projects and information with accuracy
  • Ability to find solutions to difficult or complex issues

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working for a US public company
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office with advanced Excel skills
