CableCom is seeking a Crew Production System (CPS) Team Lead. Successful candidates will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role. We offer competitive pay and an extensive benefits package for qualified applicants.
Responsibilities:.
- Serves as CPS team lead and handles or escalates issues to management for resolution.
- Coordination of team’s schedule to ensure appropriate hours, allocation of resources, check ins, and assistance with data entry and/or invoicing when necessary.
- Coordinates team responsibilities to ensure daily and monthly team invoicing deadlines are met.
- Works with Operations to resolve data accuracy and consistency issues.
- Research and problem solving of aged accounts receivable.
- Review Employee Time Records as recorded on the dailies for accuracy, legibility and adherence with state wage and hour regulations.
- Process daily, weekly, and summary production reports from employees and contractors for input into the accounting/payroll systems.
- Provide administrative support by performing data entry duties, such as; verifying data and preparing documents for input and printing, and reconciling system data.
- Train new employees when needed.
- Other duties as assigned, including troubleshooting and special projects when needed.
- 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Working knowledge of Excel, MS Office programs, and Google suite.
- Experience with SmartSheet preferred.
- Able to perform the physical tasks required in this position for the entire assigned shift.
- Sitting - approximately 4 to 6 hours daily.
- Keyboard/mouse usage - approximately 4 to 6 hours daily.
- Standing - less than 2 hours daily.
- Walking - approximately 1 to 2 hours daily.
- Bending/Twisting - less than 1 hour daily.
- Lifting (weights up to 40 lbs.) - rarely.
- Lift & Carry (weights of 25 lbs) - occasionally.
