The MRKT Co. is a creative agency that specializes in creating brands for new and existing companies. Creative Operations Director
We are hiring a Creative Operations Director to oversee daily operations within The MRKT Co., alongside the Content, Copy, and Design teams. This leadership role within the agency includes responsibilities such as managing timelines and workloads, ensuring brand and quality standards are met, communicating with clients, managing vendors, coordinating production and travel teams, and monitoring performance of campaigns, creative, and marketing initiatives. The role is based out of our downtown Fort Lauderdale office; this is not a remote position.
Management Responsibilities:
+ Work with the Creative Director to maintain quality standards across all projects.
+ Manage and appropriately assign workload to Design & Copy teams.
+ Manage communications between client and team, understand and implement expectations for each project and campaign.
+ Ensure deadlines are met; encourage personal time management strategies and add support as needed.
+ Ongoing evaluation of workload, bandwidth, and general performance of Creative teams.
+ Oversee preparation and execution of standing weekly or biweekly meetings with clients.
+ Build and maintain relationships among team, client, freelance talent, and vendors.
+ Coordinate production teams and travel when needed. Prepare Run of Show and Shot Lists.
+ Suggest efficiencies and protocol to streamline and improve agency processes.
+ Manage project timelines, being mindful of SOW and resources dedicated to each project or retainer client.
+ Attend high-level operational meetings to contribute to overall productivity, efficiency, and effectiveness of the agency team and workflow.
Qualifications:
+ 5+ Years of Creative Agency Experience, Minimum of 2 years in Management Role.
+ Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite.
+ Experience in Monday Project Management software or similar preferred.
+ High comfort level of balancing several clients and projects simultaneously.
+ Self-motivated creative inspired by industry trends, shared success, and client wins.

Salary Range $75,000 to $85,000 Depending on Experience
