WAGO Corporation is seeking an individual to assist CRM Manager in the timely/accurate entry of relevant data into CRM for the ultimate aim of generating Sales Qualified and Marketing Qualified leads and the continued monitoring and review of all aspects of the customer experience.

Experience Required:

• High school diploma or GED certificate
• Associate degree preferred but not required
• 1-3 years of experience in data entry or equivalent training
• Ability to type a minimum of 40 WPM. Experience with Microsoft Office (Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word)
• SAP CRM, SAP Sales Cloud, or SAP Marketing Cloud experience beneficial

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Create/Enter/Update Account and Contact data including all mandatory fields
• Use latest growth hacking technology and tools to create usable data segmentations
• Update contact information based on latest data and e-mail verification tools (i.e., Hoovers)
• Improve data quality for accounts and contacts by systematically spotting and fixing incorrect data
• Improve data quality for accounts and contacts by researching missing data
• Align with external partners to raise quality of our CRM database (Data Hygiene)
• Prepare reports and respond to requests to retrieve data upon request
• Complete additional assigned tasks as required by CRM Manager and VP of Marketing
• Ensure quality control of all printed and electronic media
• Meet or exceed all KPIs established for this position in accordance with Company goals and strategies
