We are hiring a Customer Service Representative in Columbus, Ohio! Our representatives provide open, friendly and enthusiastic service to each of our customers.

The Day to Day:

• Assist with various store functions and activities as directed by the store manager Perform keyholder duties as necessary
• Adhere to all store policies and safety guidelines
• Welcome each customer with a friendly and professional greeting
• Have a working knowledge of current products
• Provide change during customer transactions
• Work with team members to ensure an excellent shopping experience for customers while maintaining the store vibe
• Drive sales through product recommendations

What You’ll Need:

• Great customer service, and interpersonal skills
• Previous experience in a customer facing role in a retail, café, or restaurant environment is a plus, we need candidates who love interacting on a one-to-one basis
• Access to reliable transportation
• Must be over eighteen years of age and possess work authorization
• The customer service representative will need to be able to stand for multiple hours and lift items to be scanned at the register
